1. Introduction
Welcome to NetLiteracy at netliteracy.vip, where we promote digital safety literacy. By accessing or using our services, info products and goods, you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please discontinue use.
2. Services
NetLiteracy offers professional digital safety literacy services including one-on-one consultations, workshops and assessment sessions. All such offerings are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Info Products
Info products refer to online courses, e-guides, webinars and downloadable materials focused on digital safety literacy. Access to these materials is personal and non-transferable except as stated below.
4. Goods
Goods include any physical items such as manuals, kits or branded materials delivered by NetLiteracy.
5. Payment and Reimbursement Methods
All payments are processed via our secure gateway. Approved reimbursements will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days of approval.
6. Reimbursement Policy
6.1 Services
Clients may request a reimbursement up to 48 hours before their scheduled service. Such requests will be approved if submitted via our Contact Form. Services may be reassigned once, subject to instructor availability. No reimbursement is available for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, due to the personalized preparation involved.
6.2 Info Products
Purchases of info products qualify for a reimbursement within 7 days from the date of access, provided that less than 20% of the content has been accessed. To initiate a request, use our Contact Form. Approved reimbursements will be processed within 14 business days.
6.3 Goods
Goods may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. The customer arranges and covers shipping. Upon our receipt and inspection, a reimbursement will be processed within 14 business days.
7. Service Rescheduling
Clients may postpone a scheduled service up to 24 hours before its start time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests submitted after this period cannot be guaranteed and may incur fees or be ineligible for adjustment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, NetLiteracy and its affiliates are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our offerings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in Dubai courts.
